Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (Australia Division)
>> Responsibilities :
- Proficiency in Excel and Cloud Accounting Software
- End-to-end Accounts Payable (Dext upload, coding & processing bills in Xero)
- Supplier payment batches, statement reconciliation & follow-ups
- Fortnightly payroll for 30–60 employees (wages, super, leave, PAYG)
- Daily/weekly bank reconciliations (15+ accounts, high transaction volume)
- Month-end bookkeeping & ad hoc financial reporting
>> Preferred Skills :
- Strong working knowledge of Xero & Dext
- High attention to detail with ability to manage high transaction volumes
- Good communication skills for supplier & staff coordination
>> Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Payroll (Australian process preferred).
- Freshers CA: Eligible with strong skills in Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable Tasks (any country)
