Function: Operations / Onboarding
Duration: 45-day paid internship → full-time offer for top performers
Stipend (internship): ₹10,000/month
Full-time CTC (on conversion): Up to ₹5 LPA
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Role Summary:
Own the end-to-end onboarding of new operators post-sales closure — Cashfree sub-merchant setup, dashboard configuration, and data input — and serve as the ongoing support point of contact for operators post go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect KYC, bank details, and documentation from operators per onboarding checklist
Set up operators as sub-merchants on Cashfree, generate MIDs, verify settlement setup
Input property, room, pricing, and tenant data into the AUCUR operator dashboard
Coordinate with sales team on handoff and with operators to resolve onboarding blockers
Act as first point of contact for operator queries/issues post-onboarding
Update the onboarding tracker and flag delays/issues proactively
Requirements:
High attention to detail, comfortable with data entry and forms/KYC processes
Basic Excel proficiency
Good follow-up, coordination, and customer-facing communication skills
Prior ops/support/back-office internship experience is a plus
