Job Description & Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders in any stream.
- Experience:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in International BPO/Calling is a must.
- Preferred : Minimum 1 year of experience handling US or UK customers.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with quick problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility:
- Comfortable working primarily night/semi-night shifts.
- Ability to handle extended shifts and pressure during peak seasons.
- Willingness to support on weekends/public holidays if business needs arise.

- Prior knowledge or experience in the US Healthcare domain .
- Experience as an A.R (Accounts Receivable) Caller .
- Knowledge of US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification .
